Dr. Meghan Schneider, OTD, OTR/L

Meghan is an occupational therapist specializing in pediatrics and neurological conditions. Before opening BrightSpot Center, she served as Head Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Senior Occupational Therapist at A Rise Above Occupational Therapy Services, where she worked with children, teens, and adults with a wide range of needs.

Her own experience recovering from a concussion shapes how she practices. She knows what it feels like when something is “off” and hard to explain — and she brings that empathy to every child, parent, and adult she works with.

Meghan is a nationally recognized speaker and researcher in concussion, interoception, and neuro vision rehabilitation. She co-authored an interoception curriculum for concussion and brain injury recovery with Kelly Mahler, teaches as an adjunct professor at Elizabethtown College and Moravian University, and co-owns NeurOT Consulting, which trains other clinicians.
